Theresa Williams

Theresa Williams, Ed.S., M.A.T., B.S.Th., an educator, organizational leader, and ministry developer with experience in leadership development, community engagement, program administration, and international ministry partnerships. Combining a background in education, leadership development, ministry training, and community-based initiatives, she established Antioch Global Missions to equip Christian leaders, strengthen and plant churches, mobilize prayer movements, and foster sustainable community transformation through global partnerships.  

Her work has included developing leadership initiatives, building strategic partnerships, coordinating community engagement programs, supporting ministry development efforts, and creating systems that strengthen organizations and expand their capacity for impact. Through Antioch Global Missions, she is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God by developing leaders, strengthening churches, and empowering communities across nations.
