- COMMUNITY DISCOVERY STRATEGY -

WE GO TO LISTEN. WE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. WE DISCOVER.

Before we teach, we listen. Before we start a ministry, we build trust. Our mission teams enter communities humbly to understand the people, the culture, the needs, and the spiritual landscape. This discovery phase helps us identify key leaders and opportunities for the Gospel.

1. CHIEFS & TRADITIONAL AUTHORITIES

We honor and engage village chiefs and elders. Their blessing opens doors.

2. COMMUNITY LEADERS & INFLUENCERS

We identify respected individuals who influence opinion and unite people.

3. EXISTING CHURCHES & PASTORS

We connect with local pastors and ministries to build unity and partnership.

4. SCHOOLS & YOUTH INFLUENCE

We learn about schools, teachers, and youth groups that shape the next generation.

5. COMMUNITY NEEDS & CHALLENGES

We listen to the needs of the people-spiritual, physical, social, and economic.

6. SPIRITUALLY OPEN INDIVIDUALS

We look for those showing interest in God and the Gospel message.

- COMMUNITY ENTRY & CHIEF ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOL -

Respect opens doors. This protocol guides mission teams in entering rural communities the right way, honoring local customs, building trust, and creating opportunities to share the Gospel.
