Church Planting & Church Strengthening

Church Planting & Church Strengthening serves both new works and long-established congregations that desire renewed health. For church planters, we walk through biblical foundations, calling, core team development, and context-sensitive launch strategies. For existing churches, we focus on strengthening discipleship systems, leadership pipelines, and ministry structures so that the church can grow in both depth and reach. We give specific attention to rural church development, where resources may be limited but spiritual hunger is high. Church health assessments help leaders see strengths, gaps, and realistic next steps rather than chasing every new idea. 

We also address leadership succession so that ministry does not rise and fall with one person. Coaching, training, and strategic partnerships work together to help churches become stable, reproducible, and focused on advancing the Gospel in their communities. Many components are donation supported to benefit churches with fewer financial means.
