PROJECT TIMELINE
60 DAYS. 5 PHASES. ONE PURPOSE.
Your 60-day implementation journey is divided into 5 clear phases to help you plan, act, track progress, and submit your final report. Each phase builds on the next to create lasting Kingdom impact.
- Pray and seek God's direction.
- Review your project plan and goals.
- Gather your team and resources.
- Identify your community needs.
- Set clear activities and success indicators.
- Begin project activities.
- Serve your community with excellence.
- Teach, train, or equip as planned.
- Build relationships and share the Gospel.
- Track daily progress and stories.
- Review progress toward goals.
- Measure impact and collect stories.
- Identify what is working and what can improve.
- Adjust activities if needed.
- Strengthen your team and partnerships.
- Complete all project activities.
- Gather photos, videos, testimonies, and data.
- Complete reflection questions.
- Organize documents and evidence.
- Draft your final report.
- Finalize your report and all supporting documents.
- Submit your final report and all materials.
- Celebrate what God has done!
- Share your lessons and inspire others.
